Once purchased you join the queue - please be aware that at busy times there may be a wait - we try to keep the wait below 30 minutes where possible. When your name/order is called you can tell us what Willbott's Order you belong in (The Order, Darkest Arts, Rainbows and Unicorns) - if you are unfamiliar with this we can explain on the live. You can also tell us what colour you would ideally like to feature on the wand. From here we will pick out three wands that we believe match your request for you to then choose from.
 
This is a fun and interactive way of purchasing your new wand without having to leave the comfort of your own home. Great interactive fun for all the family to enjoy.
