About our wand shop experience: Choose your location - London or Wiltshire

Enter into a world of magic and mystery when you step inside our brand new Willbott's Wand Shop in London, set within the confines of Hexmoor Wizarding Prison (Alcotraz - Unit 3B, 127 Hackney Rd, London E2 8GY) and usually exclusive to Hexmoor visitors only!
​
With this brand new, limited run experience we delve into the deepest histories of magic, Merlin, and Willbott’s hitherto untold role in that story. Explore Willbott’s past with none other than the founders themselves Messrs William Willcher and Baldwin Bottler (Alastair Willy and Peter Bottley), who will guide you through this exciting new tale by award winning writer Daniel Dingsdale (Dr Who Time Fracture - BBC).

Of course no trip to a Willbott’s Wand shop would be complete without the acquiring of a new wand, and this experience is no different… or is it? Attendees of this event will receive a Willbott’s Opulence wand included in the ticket price, which they will find upon our shelves during the show and test their magical prowess as we venture through time, magic and mayhem.

Wiltshire:
Enter into a world of magic and mystery when you step inside our Willbott's Wand Shop! Each participant will have the chance to examine our shelves, stacked high with wand boxes, each containing a completely unique, handcrafted, real wood wand. The boxes are labeled with descriptions of the wood variety, length and magical property infused with the wand inside. Using only these descriptions of the wands, you will pick three boxes off our shelves.
Now for the fun part!​ It is time for you to examine your three chosen wands, give each a wave, test your magical prowess and maybe even make a little mischief! Finally you'll decide which of the three wands has chosen you to be your companion, bonded for life, to set forth on your magical journey together!

The Wand Experience lasts approximately 15 minutes and is suitable for 2 participants per bookable session, with up to 5 people allowed in the shop at any one time. Back to back sessions can be booked for parties of up to 4 participants and all 4 participants can be present. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult. For larger back to back bookings, we recommend visiting The Best Ever Brownie Company, which is also on site, and grabbing yourself one of their delicious brownies while you wait for your slot, as we do not have capacity to allow more than 5 people in our shop at any one time.

Included in your experience is one Willbott's Majestic Wand per paying participant.
Willbott's Majestic Wands are fabulous wands made from Tulipwood and finished with a hard curing wax. All labelling on wand boxes (Wood/Core) is for story and aesthetic purposes only. ​​​​

You can also book a browsing trip to our Wand Shop​ via the same link. Simply select the Browse Wand Shop ticket option - it's free to browse! If during your browsing a wand happens to choose you, then we are able to accept payments on site via our SumUp card reader or with exact cash. There are 50+ wands on display on our walls as well as wand accessories, Magical Bath Bombs, Mystical Candles and much more, so there is plenty to see! Browsing tickets do not include a wand, wand experience, and wand boxes set aside for wand experiences cannot be purchased.
Both BROWSING and EXPERIENCE tickets must be BOOKED IN ADVANCE of the visit day as, unlike a regular shop, we are not able to commit to the shop always being open during set times - though this is our aim for the future!

Where to find us?

Our Wand Experience is located at our workshop in Foxham, situated in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, on an idyllic farm location. Easily accessible from the M4 and situated between Chippenham and Calne. The location is also home to The Best Ever Brownie Companies Barn Cafe, a great place to visit after your Wand Experience!

Upon entering the car park, park in available space, then head to the big barn on the right that you see as you enter, you should see our signs on the side of the barn. Walk down the walk way to our shop, following the signs. We look forward to welcoming you to our little wand shop soon!
